Common Questions

Before You Reach Out

You might find the answer here. Otherwise, we're always happy to help.

What happens during a telehealth consultation? expand_more
A clinician reviews your symptoms, medical history, medicines and test results, then discusses the findings and suitable next steps. Some patients may need further tests, an in person examination or a specialist referral.
Can a blood test alone tell me whether I need treatment? expand_more
No. Your clinician considers your symptoms, medical history, examination findings where needed, and blood results together. A result outside a laboratory range does not automatically mean treatment is appropriate.
Why do I need two morning blood tests? expand_more
Testosterone levels vary from day to day and throughout the day. Two separate morning blood tests help your clinician assess whether a low result persists. We’ll explain any preparation needed before testing. You will be asked to get a basic Blood Panel first. If your results show low testosterone, we will then ask you to do the second comprehensive test.
